We are in a world where uncertainty and challenges often surround us, making it easy to question whether God is truly in control. In times of trials and tribulations, it’s natural to seek reassurance that God is guiding our lives. Today, we will explore the question that many Christians ask: “How do I know God is in control?”

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)
6 Ways to know God is in control:
1. Faith and Trust in His Word:
The foundation of knowing that God is in control begins with faith and trust in His Word. The Bible is filled with promises of His guidance, love, and sovereignty. When you immerse yourself in Scripture and apply its teachings to your life, you’ll find comfort and assurance in His control.
2. Prayer and Surrender:
Prayer is our direct line of communication with God. When you pray and surrender your worries, fears, and plans to Him, you acknowledge His authority in your life. Through prayer, you invite God to take control and guide you in the right direction.
3. God’s Timing:
Understanding that God operates in His perfect timing is crucial. Sometimes, it may seem like things are not going according to our plans, but God’s timing is always impeccable. Trust that He knows what is best for you and that His timing is for your benefit.
4. God’s Providential Signs:
God often communicates His presence and control through signs in our lives. These signs can be seen in answered prayers, unexpected blessings, or moments of divine intervention. Pay attention to these signs; they are reminders that God is actively involved in your life.
5. Peace Amidst Chaos:

Incredibly, a series of events unfolded that I could never have orchestrated on my own. God opened unexpected doors, provided solutions, and ultimately turned the situation around for my benefit. It was a clear demonstration that God is indeed in control, and His plans are far greater than ours.
